Homeowners wanted to demolish load-bearing walls separating the kitchen and living room, reimagine the layout with a central island, and open the exterior wall for larger windows to flood the area with natural light.

What the Client Needed
The homeowners sought a complete layout overhaul to:

Once city approvals and permits were secured, we finalized the fixed-price estimate, ordered materials, set a precise 2-month schedule, and executed: demolishing the load-bearing wall, redesigning the full kitchen layout, installing larger windows and new lighting, replacing all upper-level flooring and trim, removing the popcorn ceiling, redoing the fireplace, and updating entryway stairs and rails. European craftsmanship ensured durability and seamless integration throughout.
